Shrimps Media contributed as illustrator and producer for Usandık, a digital activist portrait project focused on commemorating women who lost their lives to gender-based violence in Turkey.

For two years, Shrimps Media was involved in the creation of illustrated portraits and the production process, helping translate personal stories into a unified visual memorial presented online as part of a wider awareness and remembrance campaign.

The project uses digital portraiture as a form of visual activism, aiming to restore identity, visibility, and dignity to victims whose stories are often reduced to statistics.
